Principal Product Manager

Vinoo Thomas is a Principal Product Manager for Network Security with Trellix. In this role, he is responsible for defining the product roadmap and strategy for the Trellix Sandbox product line. He is a 20-year veteran at Trellix and is currently working on driving the detection efficacy for Email and Network products.

Vinoo earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and a master’s in Computer Applications, both from the Madras University, India. He holds over a dozen software patents in antivirus, deception, honeypot, and sandbox research, and has published multiple papers with EICAR, IEEE, Journal in Computer Virology, and Virus Bulletin.
